- This package is 'Non-Refundable.' Only date changes are allowed
- You can change your vacation date before making a resort/waterhouse reservation
- Participant reduction from 40 days to 15 days before the trip will only receive a 50% refund per person
- No refund is provided for participant reduction 10 days before the trip
- We are not responsible if you miss your return flight if the departure is before 9.00 pm
- Before the island trip: In case of any unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel the trip. If this occurs, a full refund will be requested
- During the island trip: In the event of any unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, the operator has the right to request all participants to return to the resort/waterhouse earlier for the safety of everyone. If this occurs, we apologize for not being able to provide any refunds
